I. DISCOVERY
Every recruiting assignment begins by combining our extensive industry knowledge with a thorough understanding of a client’s business - from the corporate culture and business challenges of today to tomorrow’s goals and objectives. Our goal is not to match a resumé to a job description. Rather, we work to understand the subtleties of an employment opportunity in order to establish a perfect fit between a person and a position.
II. SEARCH
The Financial Services Division performs as an extension of our clients’ companies, representing their interests and conducting expedient and thorough searches according to the highest ethical standards. Once identified, candidates receive aggressive personal screening and backgrounds are scrupulously checked.
III. CLOSURE
The Financial Services Division manages every detail and guides every step of the recruitment process so that, at closure, employment agreements and contracts can be successfully negotiated.
Throughout the entire recruitment process, we maintain ongoing communication with our clients, making sure that their expectations are being met.
